Dunkin' Donuts Rant

Now I'm positive everyone has already heard about the woman in Florida who went on a crazy rant because some employee at a Dunkin Donuts forgot to give her a receipt the night she purchased her food....then she decided to do the most smartest thing...post it online after tormenting another employee the following day...

*Smacks head*

I know we don't always get the customer service we want but when one decides to go on a rant to another employee who didn't cause the problem and is trying to resolve the issue, please don't go off on that person.

Second, if you have a business degree...which so do I...then you should be more understanding that guess what? The world isn't perfect but you do what you do to get business done.

Three, treat others as you would want to be treated...bottom line.

Word to the "smart" lady who decided to go off on that poor kid...we on the other side are also customers and know how to treat others who serve us...not like what you did.

Oh, and FYI, I couldn't even bring myself to post your video because you have clearly received more than your 15 minutes of "fame."

Last, whoever this young man is deserves to have some kind of raise, promotion or something for you putting him in the public eye without his permission. Word to the wise, Kid, you could turn around and SUE her for doing that, I strongly suggest talking to a lawyer.
